As a nurse, you will be part of the team maintaining professional standards in accordance with the principles of care as set out by the guidelines of the NMC, and maintaining high standards of care and service and towards our residents, their relatives, visitors and other members of staff.

· You will be promoting the core values of Dignity, Respect, Privacy, Independence, Choice, Rights & Fulfilment.

· You will ensure that a high standard of nursing care is provided at all times

· Create and maintain person centred care plans

· Monitor and manage the health and well-being of our Residents

· Manage and administer medication

· Manage emergencies confidently

Job Requirements:

· To hold current registration with NMC

· To be confident in your clinical skills and ability to work autonomously

· To be committed to delivering safe & effective care

· To be able to lead a shift and direct Care Assistants

Bank Registered Nurses to join our team at Viewlands House.
