Viewlands Court

Viewlands Court is designed to meet the needs of elderly people who can live independently but are seeking the security of having their accommodation needs looked after, and at the same time offering opportunities for participating in the communal activities in Viewlands House. Adjacent to Viewlands Court is a bus stop.

Viewlands Court comprises a purpose built block of five one bedroomed bungalows and another separate two bedroomed bungalow. They are let on secure tenancy agreements. The bungalows have superb views over Perth.

All these properties have been adapted for use by older people and are equipped with community alarm systems.

Residents are welcome to participate in social activities organised for Viewlands House residents and use the hairdressing facility within the care home.

Should the care needs of Viewlands Court residents increase and they need to move to a Care Home then they will have priority access to Viewlands House.

The cost to rent a one-bedroom bungalow is currently £156.00 per week (£676.00 per month).

The cost to rent the two bedroom bungalow is currently £178.50 per week (£773.50 per month)

Tenant is responsible for own Council Tax and utility bills.
